My name is Lyka, and I always start my day with a good dance & a cup of coffee. Well, on most days, just coffee.
Aside from helping fellow boss babes ace their social media game, I spend my free time watching a Netflix show or learning a TikTok dance or try different makeup looks!
HOW WE STARTED
THELYKABOSS started off as just a girl, trying to do something after quitting her toxic 9-5 job in the middle of a global pandemic. Growing up, I always knew I wanted to build my own business, but didn't know what it would be back then.
When the pandemic hit, I started exploring more things that I was passionate about. That was makeup, dancing, even sewing (still learning), & content creation. Then I was introduced to the world of Social Media Marketing!
It just felt right! This is my calling!
Fast forward to today, I've helped fellow boss babes leverage Social Media as the main drive in growing their business.

- A Bachelor's Degree in Management (I have a fundamental background in business, management, and marketing!)
- Almost 4 years of experience in Customer Service! (This is why my strategies are centered around the market, the audience, and the people! The key to a successful business is to know your market's pain points & desires).
- I used to work in the edutainment industry so you can say education & entertainment runs in my blood now - a very much-needed ingredient if you want to dominate the social media space!!
